Highly effective CFTR modulators have continued to revolutionize CF care. This session will offer new and veteran pharmacists an overview of current treatment regimens as well as provide insight into medication changes expected in the post-modulator era. Pharmacy care team members will learn how to best maximize their ever-changing roles within medication management and access.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss current cystic fibrosis pharmacotherapy and understand roles in therapy.
  • Analyze new and changing roles and responsibilities for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Formulate strategies to navigate current medication access challenges and foster medication adherence.
