Rachel Holland (BSc) is a 3rd year medical student at Dalhousie University located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Originating from Nova Scotia, she attended the Western University for her undergraduate studies in Medical Sciences before moving back home to Nova Scotia to begin medical school. Rachel has been working under the close supervision of Dr. Sanja Stanojevic in the Department of Community Health and Epidemiology at Dalhousie since 2020. Together, with the help of Dr. Stanojevic's research team, they have been researching the use of race-based medicine in respiratory health, and how it impacts the health, treatment, and outcomes of non-white individuals.
