With the approval of Highly Effective Modulator Therapy (HEMT), clinical outcomes of people living with Cystic Fibrosis have greatly improved, yet we are still asking them to do burdensome treatment regimens. As a follow up to last year's session, we will re-examine the continuing need for airway clearance, inhaled mucolytic, and physical exercise following the initiation of HEMT. We will also look at how body composition affects lung function, in the context of HEMT.
