Pulmonary Performance Institute
Taylor Lewis is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Researcher. He has spent the last 14 years working with professional, collegiate, and youth athletes. He was the strength coach for Sonoma State University baseball for four years before opening the Pulmonary Performance Institute in 2018. In 2023, he graduated from Concordia University Chicago with a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance. He holds certifications as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Certified Massage Therapist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Postural Restoration Trained. He spends his time educating, coaching, training, and researching exercise science in pulmonary disease to improve the quality of life for individuals battling pulmonary conditions.
