Dr. Cameron J. McKinzie, Pharm.D., BCPPS, BCPS, CPP is a clinical pharmacist practitioner at the University of North Carolina Children's Hospital and Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Center in Chapel HIll, North Carolina. Dr. McKinzie graduated with her doctorate in pharmacy from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Her research interests focus primarily on medication-related toxicities and improvements in monitoring, pharmacogenomics, and pharmacist involvement in collaborative research. Dr. McKinzie also serves as the Residency Program Director of the PGY2 Pediatric Residency program at UNC Medical Center and is a clinical adjunct assistant professor at the University of North Carolina Eshleman School of Pharmacy.
