Eva Cho is the clinical pharmacist in the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Clinic at BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH). Eva completed her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the University of British Columbia in 2005 and her pediatric hospital pharmacy residency in 2006 at BCCH. She then joined the pharmacy team at BCCH and worked as a clinical pharmacist in neurology and subspecialty pediatrics, including inpatient CF. Since 2009, Eva has been the clinical pharmacist for the BCCH CF program, including outpatient and inpatient services. Her practice is focussed on working with children with CF, their families and the interprofessional team to optimize safe and effective medication usage and to assist patients and their families with adherence and access to medications. Eva is also actively involved in teaching pharmacy students and residents, and conducting research focussed on safe and effective drug therapy for children with CF. In her free time, Eva enjoys spending quality time with her family, card-making and crocheting.
