Sleep disorders are a common comorbidity among people with chronic conditions, including people with CF. Poor sleep can impact quality of life in addition to other clinical outcomes, adding to daily care due to needs for additional treatment such as medication and/or supplemental oxygen. Strategies to identify possible sleep disorders paired with interprofessional collaboration in treatment are important components of comprehensive CF care. This session will provide an overview of sleep disorders described among people with CF, possible impact of sleep disorders, and strategies to identify and manage them.
